We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any horse to any person if we feel it is not a good "fit". Horses are large animals, and even the most "bombproof" can be unpredictable under certain circumstances, particularly with an inexperienced or nervous rider. If I have a horse that is green or I feel is nervous, or lacks confidence, I will not sell it to a rider who lacks experience, or also seems nervous. You know the old saying-green + green equals black and blue! I will certainly make exceptions-for example- the rider has a competent trainer and will be constantly supervised. I don't mind e-mails if you are looking for general information, but if you are seriously interested in one of my horses, I prefer that you call me for more information (if you are calling long distance-e-mail me with your phone number and I am happy to call you-US only please). I prefer to have an honest conversation about the horse and your needs before you visit to determine whether or not the horse is potentially a good fit. I want both horse and rider to be safe and happy!

Prices may change at any time without notice. Prices on the website are the current asking prices. All my horses are quality horses. If I have a low price on a horse-it just means that I am motivated to find them a good home ASAP

Aldamirs Suerte de Romance

dob 5-24-2008

Romero has been sold to the absolute perfect person for him-I hate selling my horses-I just get so attached. Especially to those that I have raised-but it makes it so much easier when I can find the perfect match for them: )

"Romero" is a beautiful young gelding with a very proud carriage. He has a very good gait that would be suitable for pleasure, endurance and likely gaited dressage. He has an exceptional personality. He is one of the most friendly and outgoing foals that I have had to date. I can touch him anywhere, handle his feet, squeeze him around the belly, and he loves to lay down with his head in my lap while I stroke his ears. If he were a filly, I would keep him.

Romero's sire is a very solidly built 15.3 Pinto TWHBEA (he looks like a broad quarter horse with a high head-set) who has won championships in his pleasure gait classes. Romero's dam is a gorgeous PFHA (Paso Fino) and is sired by Profeta de Besilu. Profeta has been on the top ten sire list for many years and is typically in the top three. Some of his accomplishments include - World Grand Champion Fino Stallion; 3 x PFHA Grand National Champion fino Stallion; Ponce International Grand Champion Fino Stallion and 2x Grand Champion Fino Stallion in Colombia. In 2000 Profeta won PFHA Reserve Grand National Champion Fino Stallion after being retired for two years.

Romero is a bay with two rear stockings and a star. He is expected to mature about 15h and will have a nice solid build. He will be registered with PSHR, and PWHR, and possibly NSSHA breeding stock.

Honey has been

to the best home I could have hoped for

Thanks Susan

I hope you enjoy her as much as I have : )

Honey is a six year old Racking Horse mare. She is also pending registration with the 1/2 Tennessee Walker, and palomino registries. She is perlino color which is a double dilute.

She stands 14.2, and has a nice round build. Her gait is smooth and she is great on the trails. The first time I rode her out, she had not been ridden for over six months. We were able to trailer out to an huge organized trail event and ride with a group of horses with no difficulty. Honey is forward (she led the pack of some pretty big horses), but I was literally able to ride her on the buckle the whole ride. She has great ground manners, and is used to children. She should be suitable for an advanced beginner.

"TICA" is a stunning dapple grey Paso Fino mare, registered with PFHA. She stands 14.1, but has a nice round build and beautiful face.

Tica had ten months show training when she was started under saddle, and additional trail training at feather hills. Tica is a show quality mare, but in recent years has also been a wonderful family horse, trail horse and broodmare. My six year old and three year old children love to take "pony rides" on her. She is has great ground manners-self loades, good with vet, farrier etc. Her gait is flawless, and I was told by feather hills that she could probably Fino with proper training.

Huge potential as an upper level event horse, dressage horse, hunter jumper, equitation horse-pretty much any discipline
